  • Execute a Contained Search Fee Agreement and make a 20% deposit against the estimated placement fee.
  • Engage with the Assigned Search Specialist who will partner with you through the hiring process and make sure we’re delivering exactly what you’re looking for in a technology executive.
  • Receive weekly search updates, status reports, and profile reviews as we iterate towards an ideal candidate and successful hire.
  • Select your new technology executive and close out the search process
